Who I am

"The Las Vegas" (the "App") is developed and operated by Manato Isobe ("I", "me"). The App is free to download and includes optional in-app purchases (a one-time "Pro" unlock and "Cloud AI credit" packs).

This policy explains what information the App handles, why, who else receives it, and the choices you have.

1. What stays on your device

Your rounds, scores, Stroke Detail (shot-by-shot) records, player names, handicaps, Members list and settings are stored only on your device. I do not receive or collect them.

2. Information sent off your device

The App sends information off your device in only three situations.

2.1 Cloud AI scorecard reading (optional; only when you choose it)

Reading a scorecard photo on your device is free and never uploads anything. Only if you tap "Read with cloud AI" / "Re-scan with cloud AI" — and after you agree on the confirmation screen the first time — the following is sent:

・the scorecard photo(s) you selected (a photo can show printed player names, dates and course names);

・the player names you have entered in the App (used only to help match the names on the card to your players);

・your random device identifier (see 2.2).

The photo and names are sent to my server (hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.) and relayed to Anthropic, PBC (United States), which runs the Claude AI model that reads the scores. They are used only to extract the scores, putts, Par and similar values printed on the card and to return the result to you. My server does not store the photo or the names after the request finishes. Anthropic handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy).

This never happens automatically; if you do not use this feature, no photo or name leaves your device.

2.2 Credit balance and device identifier

To count your remaining Cloud AI credits, the App generates a random identifier on your device and sends it to my server. It is not linked to your name, Apple ID, email address or any other personal information. My server stores this identifier together with your credit balance (including the one free trial read every device receives).

2.3 Purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store). I never receive your payment method, name, Apple ID or address.

When you buy Pro or a Cloud AI credit pack (or redeem an offer code), the App sends the purchase's transaction ID, the product ID and your random device identifier to my server. My server checks the transaction with Apple's App Store Server API and then adds the credits. It keeps the transaction ID together with the device identifier so that the same purchase can never be credited twice. If you use a Pro purchase on several devices, credits are granted only once per purchase.

2.4 Anonymous usage statistics and cost tracking

The App sends anonymous, aggregate statistics — for example whether a round used Virtual Players, whether Stroke Detail was used, and a player's total score. It contains no device identifier, name or anything that could be linked back to a person or round. My server also keeps running totals of how many Cloud AI reads succeeded or failed and how many AI tokens they used (to understand cost). These totals contain no identifiers.

3. Why I use this information

・To read scorecards and return the result to you (2.1).

・To keep your credit balance and to grant credits for purchases correctly (2.2, 2.3).

・To prevent double-crediting and abuse (2.3).

・To understand how features are used and what the service costs to run (2.4).

I do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across other apps or websites.

4. Who receives information

・Anthropic, PBC (United States): receives scorecard photos and player names only when you use Cloud AI reading. It processes them to read the scores.

・Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts my server and, as part of delivering requests, may process technical data such as your IP address and request time.

・Apple Inc.: processes payments and purchase verification. If you choose to share crash and usage diagnostics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide me with anonymous diagnostics.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. I ask them to use the data only to perform the service for the App. I do not otherwise provide your information to third parties, except where required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

・The photo and names sent for Cloud AI reading are not stored on my server after the request completes.

・The device identifier, credit balance and purchase transaction records are kept while they are needed to provide credits and prevent duplicate crediting.

・To ask me to delete the record associated with your device identifier, contact me (see below) with that identifier; it is shown in the App when you run out of credits. Deleting it will remove your remaining credits. Credits already spent cannot be refunded by deletion. Apple's own purchase records are governed by Apple.

・Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App or use "Erase All" in the App.

6. Your choices

・Do not use Cloud AI reading; on-device reading works without any upload.

・Decline the confirmation screen; nothing is sent.

・Decline or delete data as described above.

7. Security

I use commercially reasonable measures (encrypted connections, restricting access to my server), but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact me and I will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects how photos or identifiers are used, I will ask for your consent again where required.

運営者について

「The Las Vegas」(以下「本アプリ」)は、磯部真人(以下「運営者」)が開発・運営しています。本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、アプリ内課金(買い切りの「Pro」、および「クラウドAIクレジット」パック)があります。

本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報、その目的、提供先、そしてユーザーの選択肢を説明するものです。

1. 端末内にだけ保存される情報

ラウンド、スコア、Stroke Detail(ショット詳細)の記録、プレイヤー名、ハンディキャップ、Members、各種設定は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。運営者はこれらを受信・収集しません。

2. 端末の外へ送信される情報

本アプリが端末の外へ情報を送るのは、次の場合だけです。

2.1 クラウドAIでのスコアカード読み取り(任意・ユーザーが選んだときのみ)

端末内でのスコアカード読み取りは無料で、何も送信しません。「クラウドAIで読み取る」または「クラウドAIで読み直す」を押し、初回に確認画面で同意した場合にのみ、次の情報が送信されます。

・選択したスコアカードの写真(写真には、印字されたプレイヤー名・日付・コース名が写ることがあります)

・本アプリに入力済みのプレイヤー名(カード上の名前とプレイヤーの対応付けの補助にのみ使用します)

・ランダムな端末識別子(2.2を参照)

写真とプレイヤー名は、運営者のサーバー(Cloudflare, Inc.が運営する基盤上)を経由して、米国のAnthropic, PBCが提供するAI(Claude)に送信されます。目的は、カードに印字されたスコア・パット数・Parなどを読み取って結果をお返しすることだけです。運営者のサーバーは、処理が終わった後に写真とプレイヤー名を保存しません。Anthropic社での取り扱いは、同社の規約とプライバシーポリシー(https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy)に従います。

この送信が自動で行われることはありません。この機能を使わなければ、写真もプレイヤー名も端末の外へ出ません。

2.2 クレジット残高と端末識別子

クラウドAIのクレジット残高を管理するため、本アプリは端末内でランダムな識別子を生成し、運営者のサーバーに送信します。この識別子は、お名前、Apple ID、メールアドレスなどの個人情報とは結び付けていません。サーバーは、この識別子とクレジット残高(全端末に1回だけ付与される無料体験を含む)を保存します。

2.3 購入について

お支払いは、すべてApple(App Store)が処理します。運営者が、お支払い方法、氏名、Apple ID、住所を受け取ることはありません。

ProまたはクラウドAIクレジットパックを購入したとき(オファーコードの引き換えを含む)、本アプリは、購入の取引ID、商品ID、ランダムな端末識別子をサーバーに送ります。サーバーは、AppleのApp Store Server APIで取引を確認してから、クレジットを付与します。同じ購入が二重にクレジットされないよう、取引IDを端末識別子と一緒に保存します。Proの購入を複数の端末で使った場合も、クレジットは1回の購入につき1度しか付与されません。

2.4 匿名の利用統計とコストの集計

本アプリは、匿名で集計された統計(例:ラウンドでVirtual Playerを使ったか、Stroke Detailを使ったか、プレイヤーの合計スコア)を送信します。端末識別子、名前、特定の個人やラウンドに結び付けられる情報は含みません。また、サーバーは、クラウドAI読み取りの成功回数・失敗回数と、使用したAIのトークン数の合計を集計します(運営コストの把握のため)。これらの集計に、識別子は含まれません。

3. 利用目的

・スコアカードを読み取り、結果をお返しするため(2.1)

・クレジット残高の管理と、購入時の正しい付与のため(2.2、2.3)

・二重付与や不正利用を防ぐため(2.3)

・機能の利用状況と運営コストを把握するため(2.4)

運営者は、情報を販売しません。広告にも使いません。他のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだユーザーの追跡(トラッキング)にも使いません。

4. 情報の提供先

・Anthropic, PBC(米国):クラウドAI読み取りを使ったときにのみ、スコアカードの写真とプレイヤー名を受け取り、スコアの読み取りのために処理します。

・Cloudflare, Inc.:運営者のサーバーを運営し、リクエストの処理の一環として、IPアドレスや時刻などの技術的な情報を処理することがあります。

・Apple Inc.:お支払いと購入の確認を処理します。iOSの設定で、クラッシュや利用状況の診断データを開発者と共有する設定にしている場合、Appleから匿名の診断データが運営者に提供されることがあります。

これらの事業者は、日本国外(米国を含む)でデータを処理する場合があります。運営者は、これらの事業者に、本アプリのサービス提供のためだけにデータを使うことを求めています。法令に基づく場合を除き、これら以外の第三者にユーザーの情報を提供することはありません。

5. 保存期間と削除

・クラウドAI読み取りのために送られた写真とプレイヤー名は、処理の完了後、運営者のサーバーには保存されません。

・端末識別子、クレジット残高、購入の取引記録は、クレジットの付与と二重付与の防止に必要な間、保存します。

・ご自身の端末識別子に関する記録の削除を希望される場合は、その識別子を添えて、下記の連絡先へご連絡ください(識別子は、クレジットが足りないときにアプリ内に表示されます)。削除すると、残りのクレジットも失われます。すでに消費したクレジットは、削除しても返金されません。Apple側の購入記録は、Appleの方針に従います。

・端末内のデータは、アプリを削除するか、アプリ内の「Erase All」を使うと消去されます。

6. ユーザーの選択

・クラウドAI読み取りを使わない(端末内での読み取りは、送信なしで使えます)

・確認画面で同意しない(何も送信されません)

・上記の方法で、記録の削除を依頼する

7. 安全管理

暗号化された通信の使用、サーバーへのアクセス制限など、商業的に妥当な安全管理措置を講じていますが、通信や保存の方法に絶対の安全はなく、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図して収集することはありません。お子様が情報を提供したと思われる場合は、ご連絡ください。削除します。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

運営者は、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。変更は、施行日を更新して、このページに掲載します。写真や識別子の使い方が変わる場合は、必要に応じて、あらためて同意をお願いします。
